Instead of giving us good quality retros, in addition to innovating with new models to keep consumers excited Nike is choosing the same tired weak low supply hype model to try to make 1's fly off the shelves again like they did in 2020/2021.

Sad, not surprising though. At least the 5's and WC 4's will be easy and abundant. Not buying those terrible Black Toe 1's either.

I’ve seen pairs that look closer to OG 1s than anything Jordan Brand has ever dropped. Better materials too. Granted the attention to detail is easy when it’s handmade and not mass produced but still.

I don't chase many hype/collab shoes these days to even know. Only things I buy now are OG colorways of retros and performance basketball shoes.

Retail on these is too high. Nothing justifies the price hike outside of JB doing it because they're Breds. Doesn't matter though most of us won't be able to get them for retail regardless.

I'm 28, God willing I will see another Bred 1 release in the next 10 years. Imma wait if I miss out at retail.

Nike really on some 2012 crap and we aren’t falling for it. The GR Jordan 5 and Bred toe reimagined are about to sit. We would have copped those breds at $250 but no Nike has to play hyped up marketing games. We already pissed about Travis Scott releases. We don’t need extra crap. Revenue is about to stay down! Produce more units of your dopest shoes!!!! Didn’t 2016 teach you this Nike?
