To the naked eye, without knowing the ins and outs of what was modified/updated is it really going to make a difference when you wear em?

So much so that if you can cop at retail will you go through the hoops of trying st one of the 23 locations? Or if not pay the $900+ they’ll go for?

They’re not reinventing the wheel with this shoe. Yeah it’s legit a 1:1 replica of the ‘85 one but is it all that honestly?

I’m just saying as I’ve gotten older I’ve prioritized my peace over shoes. Especially when i have a the same shoe in my closet.

And i hope they at least give you a replica ‘85 box or something close to it or something special like they did with L&Fs.

I’m trying to not look at this release in a vacuum because we’ve gotten a TON of dope sh*t over the past 2-3 year but this particular release being so out of reach is disappointing. This color way on this shoe, executed this way has been what enthusiasts, fans, collectors, etc have been asking for so long. To limit THIS shoe the way, they had to known this wasn’t going to go over well with their most loyal consumers. So why take this approach? The fact that this is being limited to 23 stores has pretty much evaporated the positive hype around the shoe and release.

Weren't really sitting, my outlet had them and restocked 1 time and were sold out by noon on both drops. If your outlet had them it was easy just needed to do some leg work.
