DTLR stores had Bulls Over Broadway, don't know about frags but I've seen DTLR stores get limited releases before.

DTLR in VA was a no. She did however point me to some cat on IG that flips shoes. They claim they didn't get them and won't but I'm assuming they sold them all to dude on IG so he could flip :-|
