Jordan Retro 11 Breds Legit check

What up fellas,

Was wondering if you guys can hook me up with a legit check.  I bought these shoes off ebay from a guy with relatively good feedback except for some snafu he and some other dude had not sneaker related.  I paid $270 for the shoes and at first I was upset of the condition of the box but I know ***** happens during shipping so I can look past that if these are legit.  Also the shoes came with no paper because he said it would age the shoes which I understood that too, however for a shoe released two months ago I would have liked everything.  The dates on the shoe tag read 06/13/12 & 06/29/12.  I understand I'm paying after market pricing for these shoes but I really wanted them, just wished the seller was honest of the condition of the box.  Anyway here are pics of the shoe.

I'm leaning towards legit based off the look of the carbon fiber but uploading a picture of the tag would be helpful. The 23 looks a little stretched out but maybe because these have been worn?

I would say early release if anything. 23 looks a little off
