Shipping over 100 is free for members and tax depends on state, I'm in MN and don't have taxes on shoes either.

Do you have a pp account? I usually get the same nonsense, FL charged my card 3 times and not one order went through for the taxis. I went pp this time and it went straight through.

Refreshed at 6:58 on FNL and added themto cart. Surprised myself because it was early. I just knew it was to good true. signed in. Checked out. All the while the twitter alerts from everyone started popping up. Got my email. I never get shoes online.
