Is OP actually serious? Workplace relationships are taboo for a variety of very good reasons. What's happens when someone gets a promotion or fired due to sleeping with a superior? What if someone refuses to sleep with a superior? What happens when office production as a whole suffers due to everyone banging everyone?

What about the inevitable emotion driven decision making that's going to occur?

These laws are in place primarily to help the subordinate.

It just isn't good business if work and relationships intersect at the same exact pinpoint.
