i was thinking the same about creamsicles with a white strap and painting it orange to match and dying the velcro orange as well.

I can't find anything on painting the materials for the KD4 though.. it certainly isn't leather lol

Seeing the kds in person, the matte is def nicer than the anodized. Sucks cause royal isnt available in matte.
