as for how they feel on the court, yes we are spoiled by nike thanks to modern technology, but you need to remember, these shoes originally dropped in 97 (if im not mistaken), these were great back then, they feel the same now as they did then, i guess my point is that the shoe game has evolved and these shoes cannot be compared to the most recent releases from nike..its a whole new time nah mean lol

Most of you might be spoiled by the zoom/cusion...
But this tech from adidas is still relevant, they still incorporate it to these new Adidas kicks.

But my gameplay doesn't change at all.
The Torsion system/Tech needs break in...

A lot of College ball players are fond of this shoe still and are always recommended by coaches.

^ I feel you man, I absolultely love the ASG. Those and the black/white are just crazy to me. I'd like to see the white/green drop, and these white/orange TB pair from back in the day. The KB8/crazy 8 was def ahead of its time. If you have the OG's they are really comfy. I have tried on the 2011 retro yet.

Good points about not necessarily being able to compare them to the new(er) technology Nike has utilized. While I won't exactly be choosing these to ball in over the Kobe 4, 5 or 6, they definitely are a nostalgic and memorable shoe for me. Kobe has been my favorite player dating back to when I was a kid and I remember getting the black/white when they first released so I had to be sure to grab them this time. Arguably it's what started my whole shoe obsession haha

They should release the Black white and gold purple 1998 ASG game. It would be instant cop x2 for me . Bring back memories from 6th grade. The Gold and Blue pair on Eastbay is pretty nice looking as well. Hopefully a 20% off coupon come out soon so i can use it

I read on Katc that Rose wanted his own pair to wear in a game when he found out they retroed.
