It’s happening. He’s announcing in a day or two and there’s no indication that a meeting was even set up.

This...BUT why do you guys keep thinking the spurs would be ok with Kuzma BI and a 1st. They wanna gut us. They probably want Ball (to trade) hart and more picks and oh they don’t want Deng. Last week we panic and trade the house for kawhi

Pg still doesn’t give us a meeting bc his decision was made weeks ago

And LeBron doesn’t sign with us bc kawhi alone doesn’t move needle and he wasn’t seriously considering us anyways (which is what it looks like)

What would we have now. Kawhi With bad quad, ball with bad knee and a bunch of Gelo’s?

Clarkson is trash and we were lucky as **** to get outta that contract.

Nance was due for an extension and we traded him for Wagner, another low cost asset that we have control over for 4 years.

I'll give you Dlo because he still has hella potential but he was due for an extension soon too (even tho we might've been able to sign him for a cheap contract given his injury history but thats beside the point). Even with Dlo, we traded him for another young asset in Hart that is cost controlled for 3 more years at pennies.

I guess I'll give you Thomas Bryant. They prolly would've picked up his option if they knew they didn't need space for PG but I'm not loosing sleep over Thomas ******* Bryant.

Why is everyone so scared of signing no 'big' free agents this summer?
Of course Id love to sign Bron, trade for Kiwi or whatever but our team is growing and exciting.

If we resign Randle, which is now very probable, and Zo can be healthy for opening night, we're going to have a very exciting season next year with the team we have now.

Saving the space, letting the kids grow, and going after free agents harder next off-season would be fine if we strike out this summer *shrug*

Zo, Hart, Kuz, Ingram, Julius fully healthy-- all with an entire year of NBA experience under their belt, and an entire summer of training, film study and practice = exciting 2018 season for me.

No we must empty the roster for Kawhi!!

We're against letting the kids grow because our front office has made signing stars their priority from day one. If they hadn't put a bullseye on their back we'd be easier on them.

Also, like I've mentioned before, the 2019 free agency pool is shallow. We don't need Kyrie, Butler is re-signing and Klay is leaning toward re-signing too. Who exactly are we saving money for?

I'm firmly against waiting for Kawhi. We need to make a trade for him. He'll resign if hes traded for Philly, Boston or the Clippers

Magic and Rob have also been saying that they can keep building around the young players. You don't need to stick to one plan.

I got caught up in all the reports as well but now that's its looking like we won't get anyone, its gonna take 3 to 5 years before GSW is beatable...

I got caught up in all the reports as well but now that's its looking like we won't get anyone, its gonna take 3 to 5 years before GSW is beatable...

A team of Harden (who played like crap all series), CP3 and a bunch of role players pushed them to 7. A Lakers big 3 of Kawhi, LeBron and PG could have beaten Golden State but whatever. The Warriors aren't gonna be dominant for 3-5 more years.

Ever occur to you guys that magic knew PG wasn’t coming weeks ago. That’s why they don’t wanna trade kuz BI Hart + picks for kawhi. That woulda been ok if we had George and LeBron but just kawhi and LeBron with zero bench and no money to add any more players is dumb. Especially if LeBron has been wishy washy all along and therefore it might have been just kawhi, zo and nobody else. If we sucked with this team- kawhi maybe doesn’t resign next year? U never know Just my opinion
