And maybe add Ariza if he gets bought out.......
And no picks during the Bron years. But have AD in hand, and better offer for 3rd star in July.
Getting that 3rd (young) star covers us with AD after James declines. Still keeps us a desirable destination.

How would that be possible with Dlo’s extension / cap hold this summer? And Nance / Clarkson would’ve been due for extensions and they’re making substantial money now.
If they never hired Maginka, they would’ve never alienated Dlo/Mintz/PG/Randle.

PG/Svi
BI
Randle/Kuzma
Zubac
with Dlo as the 6th man (or start PG at the 3 and move BI to the bench)
No Josh Hart b/c he got traded for Dlo.
Wonder if they still draft Wagner, Svi & Bonga.
This alternative world would’ve been fun but this is the Lakers and we star chase
BTW if we get Lebron and Unibrow then it was all worth it. No matter how good Dlo or PG look.... but man it would’ve been fun to see organic growth lol.

Coulda bought Hart pick, easy.
And they wouldn't be high(est) dollar, look how Randle's money was. They could have paid them, maybe even a little early, and still had 2 max spots (or close enough to)

And that means what after Bron is finished, we've already seen what the limitations of AD as your number one guy are. He's probably best suited being the 2nd best player on your team, so your banking on getting another Lebron-esque type guy I'm assuming.
