This is fairly accurate
Nothing Magic Johnson has done in basketball in his post nba career has been successful. He’s not a deeply nuanced person and nothing he’s done leads me to believe he has a great basketball mind.
To be completely honest, he’s sounds borderline mentally disabled.

Lets be honest. Magic and Pelinka haven't done **** since joining the front office. Lebron was joining the Lakers with or without Magic. Lebron didn't even give any other teams a chance to pitch to him during free agency. Rich Paul told Magic, Lebron's coming, Sign KCP to a 15 million contract and we wont make it more complicated than it is. Once Magic learned that, that's when panic set in and he was doing everything in his power to get that 2nd star(PG) which slapped him across the face when he got hit with those tampering fines.
