Exactly. For as much crap as Lue got, he's a championship winning coach who went to the Finals three years in a row. He's one of the most successful coaches out there. He's not taking an assistant job.

Actually what I really believe is that coaching is overrated. Gotta have good players.
I also find it funny that a rookie 19 year old needs time to develop but a coach is labeled trash after 3 seasons as a head coach
