I'd be willing to bet that they give whatever cap space they have to Kyrie if he doesn't get a max slot somewhere.

Haven’t gone back to look, but I do feel like every summer Pelinka’s moves seem to come out of left field… with the exception of the AD trade, which was going to happen regardless.
