I'd be a little queasy giving up a future first for Bogdanovic, but he'd be a great fit as a shooter. You can sort of talk me into Kuz too.
Depends on protections but yes. If we were all about cap space and not giving up picks and all we end up with is hogs for a first and no cap space I’d be conflicted

You think Bev/Nunn could get Kuz without giving up a first? That would be a steal and Washington would be doing LA a huge favor  I really like Bogs too but I am 100% with you on holding on to that pic

This is a good point. He would significantly reduce the amount we had to spend but it would be the “all-in” move for at least this year that everyone wants

“Would significantly reduce the amount” is right. We’d go from 33 mill to spend to just a tax payer mid level (7mill and vet mins)

Nah, it would definitely require a first to get Kuz. Washington is one of the few teams that works with Pelinka, so maybe there's a chance something gets worked out if they continue to nosedive.

This is what clown *** Jeanie and Pelinka wanted. To continue to kick the can, let AD/Bron get hurt/empty their tanks and punt the season.

It's better this way. Imagine if we had traded the first round picks in 27 and 29 only for AD to get hurt and miss a month. This was a lost season anyway. Even if we made those trades we weren't going to win a championship. Let's just ride it out and start next season with a clean slate

BIG LEEMELONE BIG LEEMELONE you are right - I am not a player nor employee for the Los Angeles Lakers. I should have used “they”. I will be more cognizant of my pronoun usage in the future.

Back to back seasons over before new years.

This is what you get for trying to rely on unreliable players. AD has only had one healthy season in his four seasons here. This is just who he is. Flashes are brilliance but he's also going to miss about half the season lol

AD is just prone to this type of thing, doesn’t matter who’s on the roster…this is who he is.

Sucks big time. I guess we’ll see how the team looks in a “month”…

No one can make up for AD's absence, but Plumlee is competent. Free agent at the end of the season so they don't compromise their free agency plans.

Charlotte can continue the tank hard, open up minutes for their young centers (Richards, Williams) and saves some money this season.

Could also expand the trade to include Beverley and Oubre. Probably would need to kick in a pick.

Aside from last season the Lakers have a winning record without AD. Wouldn't give up on the season yet

Lol

I usually don’t like making fun of AD for his injuries but this last one is laughable. Rolling your ankle mid air?

Time to trade him when his value peaks again. **** is ridiculous
