I've been running my http://www.tankathon.com/ simulations (great site btw) and I've consistently been having the Lakers get the 4th or 5th pick. That win against Memphis dropped our likelihood of keeping the pick from 55.8% to 46.9% and our chance of getting the 1st overall pick from 19.9% to 15.6% :x

Don't the pre draft workouts have value? Hard to say for sure who's going 1-3 at this point until teams bring these kids in to see them up close
