I’ve never been a huge Vando fan… sure his on ball defense is cool but he’s completely self-checked on the other end. Not a lot of specialists on the floor at this point in the playoffs… those type of players are mostly just built for the regular season.

In addition to Vando's lack of offensive skill, he is super injury prone, which isn't doesn't bode well for a team with two aging stars.

Sure he's a decent bargain at $10 mm per, but if he can be added as a trade chip to net a legitimate big man like Jarrett Allen or Vucevic, I'm all for it

For the record I love Lebron, not complaining about any extensions and all that stuff… but let’s be honest about the situation.

If the new coach isn’t someone that can hold LeBron accountable then sooner or later they will lose the locker room too. Can’t be calling role players out in the film room for missed assignments while LeBron goes all “Weekend at Bernie’s” on defense… super quick way to make everyone lose respect for your authority
