400 is fair no higher soles are different shades

100% legit, 400-450 is fair. You can make them icier by restoring the soles with seaglow

100% legit, shape is correct, 23 and jumpman lines up. The heel of the shoe has the proper L shape. 400 for a brand new retro pair from 2000 is a steal (but it really depends if you care about older releases or not because some people just want "whats new"). Also yellowing in the soles are normal for 11s, especially if they came out in 2000. I would consider this icy for a 2000 pair.
