LC on AJ IV and V

A friend got these for $530, i think he got ripped off but i am just not so sure about it. He's claiming that the V's are "OG".

White Cement IV's
-REALLY cheap materials
-Cement print is off
-White/Cement IV's never released with a jumpman on the back. It's suppose to be NIKE AIR

Fire Red V's
-REALLY cheap materials used
-Jumpman on sole is too fat.

310HxA, I knew it.. Material used on the V is obviously cheap and for the IV's, it has the jumpman logo, afaik the IV white cement was last retroed 1999 with still nike air on the heel.
