naw no toe box issues. hurts the side of my foot near my pinky toe. trying to break in.

I had to swap with Kobe insoles for the Elite and was still fine with my true size 10. For regular XI, I had to go lower profile. I have Zoom Air inserts from Ultraposites (remember those?) that fit perfect; very comfy.
