Can I get a third opinion on these? My friend copped these thinking they were legit. Everything looks good except the tongue perforations to me. Any advice is appreciated!

Is it not unusual for the tongue perforation to not line up and be crooked like in the second to last pic?

They look legit to me. QC issue IMO.
