Legit Check OG Air Jordan 1, Hybrid? Sample Sole?

Got these at goodwill for a few bucks not sure what the deal is with them never seen soles like this on a pair of jordan 1's

look legit. are they kids size?

not kids size, no tag but look like a 9.5 or a 10.
I'm still kinda bitter cause there was another pair at the goodwill not as good shape but in white red black colorway but some outher dude snagged them.
