Get a close up of the 23... They do look pretty icey. They could be the chinese reproduction pairs that look authentic and are selling on Taobao. Maybe he seaglowed them, who knows. 50/50

I personally wouldnt bite on them. The Soles are just too icey. No FA sticker nor receipt is a huge red flag IMO. No one normally takes off the stickers. Looks like high quality replica to me.
