Fake, 23's are stretched, patent leather is to high on the back and the midsole does not come to a point on the heel.

Reasons:
23 is off and a bit too stretched
the padding is heel is extremly padded for a 2012 release. that would be normal for the 2001 pair
patent leather cut in the back is too high

Stretched 23s, also the red on the outer sole seems to vibrant. Fake, not even a good one too.
