Hes a defensive coach and we're still running an offense similar to Pringles. Couldn't care less what you think about the Melo and Amar'e tandem or if Melo should be traded.

^ Yes I did say he was boring. Did you pay attention to the Hawks at all while he coached them? Eventually they stopped listening to him. He had Joe Johnson, Josh Smith, Al Horford, Teague, Marvin Williams etc, he had lots of young talent, yet always ended up in the 4-5 spot in the east which is always bad. It's good enough to make the playoffs but not significant enough to get better players through the draft. Eventually they tuned him out. Remember those exciting 4/5 match ups the Hawks had against Orlando in the first round those years in the playoffs? Exactly, nobody cared about that match up

Obviously I was a Knick fan previously and apparently earlier than some of you when I cited those examples. I actually watched those games and caught hell in school from Bulls fans, Magic fans etc. I'm being honest, and calling it now. Amar'e and 'Melo DON'T work together. I knew it wouldn't work after watching the first five games. As an aside, look how the pieces fit with the Clippers this season. Although they aren't there yet, don't you notice the difference of how they flowed so far as opposed to the Knicks who seemed static right out of the gate (and don't give me that it's the coach argument, talent meshes with talent period. I been around basketball all my life to recognize that regardless of coach) The most you can get out of this group is a 6th seed at the most. I stated my reasons how I felt, not stomping on anyone's feelings. I guess I stepped on a few toes with how I felt. Trust me, I've been lurking in NY Knicks posts for a minute in S&T and you guys sometimes are delusional with expectations with the Knicks. They are still dysfunctional and will remain so until further notice. Like I said, I'm not trolling because I'm bored, I'm a fan of basketball, but I also use logic while being a fan. I'll be back when they UNFAIRLY get rid of Amar'e.
