The ancestors fought and then died for us to have a choice, to be able to make conscious choices, utilizing intelligence. My belief system is Kemetic, of which means you are to use intelligence, not made up dogma.Damn, my heroes have turned out to be frauds.
Intelligence suggests that there is nothing wrong with marrying those who do respect you, and then siding with those who share your best interests. However, there is indeed a problem with Black men and Women, dating and then marrying outside of our race, because they think that they are doing something better by doing so. That could be making their linage a lighter complexion, thus making it easier to live in a racist society. So anytime that someone tells you that Black people can be racists, tell them yes we can, but only against our own people through the normalization of oppression. However, we cannot be racist toward whites, and that is because you do not see white people running to marry anyone Black, simply because they want their linage to become darker due to privilege.
There isn't a white person on this planet, that would willingly exchange places with a Black man or woman, with white privilege as the reality in this world.

People like me understand that there s only a problem when Black people are dating white people, due to their thinking that Black people are somehow beneath them. The other issue occurs when white people are allowed their racist behaviors, in thinking that they will be worshipped by someone who is Black, placed upon a pedestal, because of their unearned status. That entitlement is why I’d personally refuse to date or marry anyone of them, because it is always present, regardless of income and education status. The lowest trailer park trash thinks he/she is better than Barack Obama and the majestic Michelle Obama, simply because they are white.

I get what he is saying, and I agree to a certain extent. On a personal level, nope. No white, nor asian women for me. Don't want them, you can have ALL of them. After what oppression has wrought upon those women in such cultures? Nope. I realized that there is an advantage to being with someone who shares a similar ancestral linage as I, especially for our children's sake.
However, Umar has an agenda, and it is one steeped in the tradition of oppression, patriarchy. He believes in gender roles, and then is incredibly homophobic. Usually dudes who think that way, are actually hiding something deep.
