May be my overall favorite horror movie...

Ish is deep. The feeling of isolation & disillusion is portrayed masterfully.
And the theme is up there with Halloween!

I got all kinds of horror movies man im gonna go through my collection right now and ill shoot you some recommendations. Always watch Halloween franchise and Nightmare on Elm Street series those are a must for me.

The flashback scene at the end of Phantasm IV (which is a scene originally filmed during the first movie)
is one of the deepest things I've ever seen on film.

When they finished filming Phantasm (Part 1) - they couldn't figure out how to edit it down under 3-4 hours.
Of course they did, but after you see Phantasm - I suggest seeing one of the extended cuts out there. Lots
more gets explained.
The fact that they were able to use some of that footage in part 4, 20 years later, was genius imo.
