I hope you #TeamBaze guys are watching this game.
Can't see how you could pay 18mil to him but scoff at 25 to Demar.

I'm not saying they'll listen to anything in regards to playing with someone else. That's why I asked CP do any of these guys have some kind of connection to each other that hasn't been reported. They'll all have to be approached independently with no regard to what may happen with someone else, unless said connection is present. So Whiteside is going to listen to a Mac deal to play with Kent Bazemore.
But nope he won't listen to a max deal with DeMar DeRozan.
Let's just pay Bazemore and Ezeli over $30mil a year for the next 4 seasons. Because that's a good plan.
And we can talk about empty stats and salivate on trading everything for DeMarcus Cousins.
Not riding the DD negative train but this I agree with..CP, I think the only thing your brothers in arms MOSTLY have against DRoze is potentially backing a Brinks truck up to his house.
That man ain't $110 mil.

Why not? A 26 year old all star that's top 20 in PER and just put up 23/4/4 will take 20 million less than he's worth for what reason exactly? Same with Batum and Whiteside to specifically come to a worse situation than they're at now.I don't believe it will cost 110.
They do.
Offering less than the max would be a great way to insult him and get him listening to other teams.

Pitch it right.
Demar, take 110 and stay in Toronto. Or New York. Tough to win like that. Who can they bring in to help you?
But....
What if you, and NIC, and Hasan all come here together, right now? And as these kids grow, we can pay them over the cap to keep you all together.
Can't do somethin like that in Toronto, or NY. They don't have enough talent stashed, or enough cap to take all 3 of you if you take just a lil less.

Bless your heart CP.

Bickerstaff, who coached the Houston Rockets this season after Kevin McHale was fired.
