it says the bail is at $750 when you look him up on the inmate locator.   if they denied bail when he went to court the first time  it would say there was no bail available when you look him up.

the assault case he caught is the most minor of assault cases but the part of him being on probation sucks.

that's not him.  look him up in the rikers inmate locator.

everything adds up.  dude would post on facebook about 30 times in a day. his last post was on jan 12th,   the inmate locator arrest date says jan 13th.

dude is about 6'0  and the height on the locator is the same,   the birth year is 1989  and dave turned 22 sometime last year.    only thing that's off is the weight.  the locator got him weighed at 220 but i know he's a tad bit heavier then that.  but it has to be him, phones been cut off, no one has heard from him etc. that has to be him.
