Jets gave up way to much to be in position to draft a trash qb. This year’s qb class is weak.

Well this has to put the top 3 Barkley talk to rest. Browns have to draft a QB at one.
Actually I guess the giants could but would be dumb
It could’ve been worse IMO
To take Barkley at 1 would be sooooooo stupid I don’t care how good he is
Broncos aren't taking a QB at #5
Typically I would probably agree.. but having 4 and with 2 and 3 pretty much guaranteed going QB so they could get the other guy they should considering at 1 at 4, in chubb.. I think they should do it
Plus having three 2s (2 of which or top 3 of that round) and 9 picks overall even after their moves
John Elway ain't walkin through that door.
John Elway ain't walkin through that door.
If 2 and 3 are guaranteed going QB then doesn’t it make even more sense to take your pick at QB #1? And get Chubb or Barkley at 4
And with the third pick in the 2018 NFL draft... The New York Jets select... *WHAT*... Mason Rudolph, QB, Oklahoma State

agreed. Where did they want him to cut his salary too? Assuming it was insultingUnpopular take but it's the truth, so here we go. The Arizona Cardinals made the right call releasing "Honey Badger" after he refused to restructure his contract. He was scheduled to be on the books for a whopping $14.1M, only Eric Berry has a cap hit of over $12M at the safety position. There's the injury history with numerous ACL tears. Mathieu's best season was 2015, which feels far away. The market solidified that Arizona ultimately exercised good judgment. There's no doubt Tyrann Mathieu is a defensive playmaker, but I'm not willing to pay eight figures for what I saw the past two seasons in Arizona.
If it was me, I wouldn't want any of those top QBs.. or at least not that high.. like I said above, I'd rather get Richmond QB later on
Build up roster.. and actually take the BPA
Allen for all those tools, dude was sub 60% passer in college.. both cam and wentz were at least in the 60s
Well if you don’t like the QBs that’s one thing and that’s a common take but saying “take Bpa” is easy to say, Browns aren’t in that position. They tried that before and got burned by Wentz, the “value pick” with Manziel. They can’t dodge this any longer they are priced into doing their research and taking the best qb on the board.
So now its thank the lawd?Thank the lawd
If we get Quenton Nelson with our pick our OL could be looking pretty damn good this year. Then hopefully grab Michel or Guice with our next pick.
The same goes for the Jets. For arguments sake, pre-trade:
1. Darnold
2. Barkley
3. Chubb
4. Rosen (Bills trade up)
5. Mayfield
6. Jets take who??
It would have to be Nelson right? This franchise is desperate for competent QB play. You have to go and try this year in a QB-heavy draft. You do not sit and wait and grab a Rudolph or someone in Round 2.
