That’s great... how many of those players is it widely considered a horrific mistake they fell out of the top 10? I know there’s a documentary about Marino and there will be about Rodgers and Brady, and two of those guys were still top 30 picks.

The point is, this notion that you don’t need to grab your guy if he’s there and available because someone just as good will be available later is a myth. There are barely even 32 starting caliber QBs in the NFL but people want to trade back because for some reason they think there are multiple in this draft? And the evidence of that likely being true is Tom Brady and Kurt Warner? Or this list of 10-20 guys in the history of the NFL that were drafted outside of the top 15 and still great? Lol
