Only bad form or medical conditions will get you hurt. Just like any other compound lift
True.

I just don’t mess with em

I’m still coming off a back strain now. Squatted for the first time in 2 months a week ago. Did something to the lumbar region of my back a few years ago too :smh:

But yea everytime I’ve hurt myself was because of form :frown:

Honestly forgot they signed him, but I doubt they use him anything more than the third down back. Henry will still get all the goal line touches.
Although you're probably right about Henry on the goal line im a little high on Lewis potential there. It seems like kind of a hard 1-2 to predict with how the carries will be shared. In fantasy I kind of try to shy away from 1-2 combos but if Henry is seen as the man id lean towards thinking Lewis has more value taking in a later round. But also what the hell do I know honestly.

Most people hurt their back on the eccentric part of the lift. Try accessory lifts like RDLs which really help with learning the eccentric.

When you start deadlifting again, start with regressions like hex bar deadlifts or block pulls, rack pulls. No need to just jump right in to pulling conventional from the ground.

Don't excessively extend (arch) your lumbar spine either. A lot of people compensate for flexion (rounded back) by just arching, which just creates a whole different set of issues: tight hip flexors, tight lats, disc issues, etc.

Keep your spine neutral by engaging your core and tucking your chin

Sòoooooooooooooooo how much yall think she got paid?

And I got zero clue what actually happened til I see dudes out there big and bold

Cause NDAs and hard to draft.. unless you got a dumb client who doesn't sign like the president

I asked a question I knew the answer too lol; and although McCoy does look funny in the light the punishing of players with minimal if any evidence is extremely flawed.

They not even following our judicial system. They’re just doing **** on the fly.

^ dont forget within the justice system there are different standards.. civil dont got the same standard as criminal

And even if dudes aren't convicted criminally that doesn't mean they didn't do it.. could get off for any number of reasons

Also if there is no follow up civil matter, that's usually a indication of a payout to shut up on the criminal side

Deadlifts can get all the way outta here. Easy way to hurt yourself.

R.I.P. if you’re deadlifting with hex plates.

Wanna see a man crumble? Put him under a squat.

hell nah b

DL is the best part of the gym aside from benching

6 plate DL crew checking in

*only trap bar now tho
