It would never happen, but first glance this didn't look TOO crazy :lol:
 
Honestly unless the gym has a proper place to hit deadlifts, I dont mess with it

Just do flat, incline and decline bench press and squats with bar stuff

UNLESS you doing crossfit then you hittin deadlifts and clean and jerks

But clean and jerks > deadlifts


Deadlifts can get all the way outta here. Easy way to hurt yourself.

R.I.P. if you’re deadlifting with hex plates.

I squatted and DL 4 plates at my peak strength last year but had no desire to go beyond that.

I'm skinny fat now so I gotta cut when I start back up.
 
I want to go up as far as I can in deadlift, but not squats. At some point a spotter will be needed and I prefer to workout alone.

That's why I dont get anywhere near trying max out

Keep headphones on and keep things moving

Even when doing crossfit related stuff I only cared to do more than certain people

I did 405 6 or 7 times after about 8 sets of squats for my last set.
