Lunargrand

I had to go a full 1.5 down (from sneaker size) in the suede wingtips to avoid my heel slipping, I started off with 1 size down and exchanged. I only had to go down 1 size in the chukka cause I can lace it up higher for the lockdown.

Best way if you have a chance is to got try the shoes at cole haan and then buy it online for cheap price
 
For the last few months, I have been amassing a decent Lunargrand collection.  

My latest purchase was the black/baby blue Lunargrand Chukkas.  These were purchased via eBay and seem to be the real deal.  

I have not seen "fake" Lunargrands on the web other than the ones from Sketchers that were found in Nordstrom Rack.

Mine are absolutely perfect, but one thing that made me a little nutty was the tiny waterproof paper tag they included in the box.  On some pictures the tag has drops of water.  This tag did not.  However, the inside of the shoe has the waterproof patch.

Anyway, I'm just putting it out there for people to tell me that I"m not crazy.

not to scare you, but there are a ton of fake lunargrands all over online.  i've only seen stock pictures and not real pictures of those so i couldn't tell you about them.

but for anyone to see if your shoes are fake or not you'll have to post pictures...

After seeing that, I guess it's gonna be pretty hard to tell which is fake or not.

I have 4 pair listed in eBay. Those were just extras.

The ones I purchased really look legit. I've bought enough in the last year to know. I could be wrong though.

The one thing that is alarming is the little paper tag included in the box. It's a CH tag that says waterproof. Photos I've seen show the tag containing little droplets of water. This one is just a beige tag with writing.

I will upload pictures tomorrow.

Here is the pair I got on eBay.  I have 14 days to make my decision and then I can return.  Thoughts? They fit nicely and I'd like to keep them.  However, I'd rather not be walkin' in fakes.  
 
Terrible picture again. Mine doesn't have water drop picture either. Bought my waterproofs straight from the SoHo store (Women's Sz 11 Black/Freshwater).
 
I showed my photos to the manager at the White Plains store and she said they looked legit.  There are NONE available in the system and they were never sold in any stores other than SoHo.  I'm pretty sure they are good, but I just want to be careful.  Hate spending good money on bootleg stuff.

And if your little tag doesn't have the drops, then maybe that's how they were sold.  Thanks!!! 
 
I just got my first pair of wingtips, the burgundy long.  Apparently it was the last pair in the story and potentially in the system.  Anyway, I figured I share these pics with you.  The woman at the SoHo store sent me these.  They should be arriving in the fall.  Not sure I'm going in that direction with my shoes.  I think they are called the "sprinkle bottoms?"
 
do you know if those are general release? finally non shiny leather.. i wish they were wing tips though.
 
Somebody in youtube had an idea to cutomize his lunargrand with speckles, i guess cole haan saw the video. Is there any other cw other than that?
 
The people in the WP store said they are not getting anything new in the store.  I asked about these and they were confused.  I was told today that they are getting a weird window display shoe.  It is bright shiny silver Lunar.  If you go to the stores and look at the people on their posters, you can find the silver shoe.  They told me the silver was going to be a display shoe and they weren't sure about release.  
 
Just letting everyone know, I copped the Lunargrand Kudu Chukka in Camello with the current 25% off discount that is expiring today. Spoke to my rep and he let me know that there are a few Kudus (apparently the Limestone Suede Long Wings in 10.5) left as well as Fragments in random sizes. If they were my size, I would've gotten them. Just give them the style code and they'll look it up in the system. Comes with free shipping so definitely worth it.

I just called customer service with 8 products codes and every single one of them were out of stock. Kudu suedes and Fragment Designs

6pm is on sale right now, some might be slightly cheaper than the cole hann website.
i just pulled the triger anyway.

Just got my pair that I ordered last week. They kinda look like timberland chukka boots.
 
^^ very nice! I wanted those but couldn't pull the full price trigger after getting all 3 fragment long wings. sux I missed out on the 25% too! I fell off in this thread |I
 
Got my Nordstrom pair last Sunday and broke em' out yesterday.. It's very comfortable and stylish at the same time.. Decided to pull the trigger on the black poolside wingtip from Zappos.. Hopefully they'll arrive soon... 8)

looks good... i what people match this with in terms of pants. what throws me off is the outsole color.

haven't use mine yet but here it is with my oxblood bergen.
