how do i run it (it's a program)?

What program/application is it?

You should just be able to double click on the icon to open it.

.iso files are images of cd/dvd-roms.

You'll need a special software to mount the image on a virtual drive (at least on PC's).
Once it's mounted, head over to my computer, and open the new virtual cd drive.

I use Daemon Tools... there are a bazillion other softwares you can use... Just search mount iso on Google.

i already mounted it though, im on a mac and thats what happened when i mounted it.

i cant open the mounted disc image (is that the right term?)

dude what i would do is burn it to a dvd and then just pop the dvd in and it will work
