Anyways, i remember seeing a vid or an interview with pharrel asking him mac or pc.
4 minutes into the vid or so, and he straight up says mac.

I do not like Vista much but the commercial just didn't appeal to me.
When Mac started the commercials, it was original and new.
(I think it was stolen from the Wii vs. PS3 commercial but not really sure which one came otu first)
With this commercial, it feels like Mac is trying way too hard.

For the people who are saying Macs are too expensive, you cannot blame the company for charging that much if the consumer is buying it. Apple is still in itsgrowth stage, and they stay there because they continue to release new and innovative products.....or things that people think are "cool." Microsoftis still making profit, but they are maturing. Sure, they are huge, but their profit margin isn't even close to Apples. Hence the reason for this newmarketing campaign. I personally like the way Macs handle, but I have nothing against Windows and still use it on a regular basis (XP that is).

I also have no problem with the ads. I mean, that is part of business. My generation (I am 21) is known for having very little brand loyalty, so why not tryand advertise against the competition. Every big company does it. People get a little too sensitive about this "Mac v. PC" or "PS3v. Xbox"stuff. Buy what you like and leave it at that.

EDIT: you know damn well Pharell don't use a PC. I wonder how much he got paid.

Do you really want to know what is better? Having both is!!!

I am a Network / IT Specialist and use both on a daily basis. I can also easily be a Mac Genius. (If I wanted too)... So I know both platforms very well.
Come on people, how can say one is better than the other. In reality Macs can't do everything a PC can, but a PC can do everything a Mac does.
I mean, the world runs off a PC.

I have both Mac and PC, but use my Mac more often. If I had to (emphasizes on had to) choose one, I would have to go with PC.

Ok, except the HP is $1799, but for that price you can get a 24 inch iMac with a processor that smashes on that with a 6 MB cache vs a 1 MB cache. So whileyou're touching your screen multiple times trying to get something to pop up, I'll be on my mac flying right through stuff.

Plus that HP looks ugly as hell with that weird part behind the screen, while the imac has a nice aluminum case that looks well thought out

Dont you guys find it funny that most Mac users actually were Windows users in the past. So they know what they are talking about.

On the other hand Windows users that bash the Mac OS have never used it for a significant time period. Talking about most Mac users are idiots that don'tknow how to use computers.

I've been building and maintaining my own PCs since i was about 13 years old. Switched to Mac during the first release of their G4 systems and never lookedback.
