magic jack isnt as awesome as people claim it to be. they say you can call for free all over the country and free international calls, but that is BS. You have to pay for international calls.

Don't be fooled by this product, cause it's not all it's cracked up to be

Nah, what my mom did was send the Magic Jack to my aunt in the Philippines.
Now my aunt, with the help of her computer, has a US phone number.
My aunt can call us here, and vice versa, without phone cards or anything

mom did the same thing, my sister also did something similar when her husband got deployed to Korea but instead of a magic jack she bought a vonage box and brought it to korea, so everytime she called it was like a local call
