Man Boobs...

I seem to be getting man boobs. and im not fat or anything. I'm Average not super skinny. but not fat..

I want to get rid of them, cuz iunno, i dont want man boobs lol

its gotten to the point where my girl caressed them.

should i do alot of push ups?

what kind of exercises will strengthen my pectoralis majors? aka boobs....

Push ups will help..I think. Their was another member that had surgery I believe.

and naw my boobs arent at that point lol..

you can have minor............or a major problem

from what you described sounds like you have a minor issue, only way to tell is if you posted pics.....if not here ask on another forum

Plus he lost a ton of weight if I remember correctly.

Wide arm push-ups are your best bet home slice. Bench presses are a great option as stated before.

If it is not a minor case as AI Audi mentioned, def seems like it though.
I would start doing some cardio and lifting weights. For weight lifting make sure you hit all parts of the body...better legs, better back means better chestand etc.
