I don't what you use for aftercare, but you should give Hustle Butter a try..Stuff will heal your work up in about 5 days with minimal scabbing/itching/flaking..

I tried the H2O before and didn't care for it..It was really good for itching/flaking, but I'd still get small scabs that'd end up pulling the color out of the work I just got done..But I know a lot of people that swear bye it..
When will the sleeve be getting finished though?..

I don't really scab, I am some sort of mutant lmao.
I am willing to try new stuff honestly, I just still had the tube of the aftercare but it most likely will not last through the ending line work session/s.
As far as when it will be done. Probably looking at hopefully 1 more linework sessions, then hopefully 2 to 3 color work sessions. And then once that is healed we will drop in some random little nods to other characters within the space we have left. Wanna put Lupin hiding somewhere, Mei and Satsuki from Totoro, or at least Mei as I call my sister Haruna that and she calls me Totoro. Also need to put Calcifer from Howl in there as well as a nod to Naussica to make sure all of Miyazaki's work ends up being represented.

That's a lot of work yet to go..I worked on my sleeves and back piece on and off for a few years before they were "done"..Still need most of it touched up/minor rework done..Tattoos are great, but the long term upkeep is insane..
