I think part of the issue with the last few manias has this b.s. marketing about "Wrestlemania Moments" or whatever it is called.
I remember watching Mania as a kid and I made those moments for myself, now they are hand fed to fans and instead of the viewership creating them by watching the actual in ring work and some superb build up, it's ******* manufactured with little no build up at all and zero repercussions for losses/wins etc.
To me personally, that is piss poor brand management as your biggest show of the year has become arguably the worst you put on outside of being a casual fan/markfest. That bored the absolute **** out of me, regardless of what cheap pop chicanery you try to pull.

Last year wasn't terrible had some good moments just sooooo damn long tho. The part I really hated was Wyatt vs Orton and the taker vs reigns was blah

I would be stoked for that if I was gullible enough to believe Devitt would retain for awhile and not lose it shortly after Dean was healthy so the shield could hold multiple titles again because Vince can't let that **** go.

Right. They came in on fire destroying tag teams (old and new), but IMO once they started feuding with New Day, they tried to make them a comedy act and it was down hill from there. Even their title didn't save them and was underwhelming.

ya know what I am finding more and more damnable? the outright pettiness of Vince and the old guard. The garbage *** brass ring mentality, the gate keeping, the varsity sports high school hazing culture that continues to perpetuate. That **** really needs to stop.
