not sure if cereal
but if you really want to get better...id recommend doing as many missions with your characters as possible ( so you can get an idea of the characters limits) 

play the computer on Hard, or Very Hard to get a sense of the fast fighting, orrr it would be better to just play the hardest competition possible to help you get better

make sure you take advantage of character assists (believe it or not like 80% of people who play now, hardly use them)

more hours = more experience

but im not all that at the moment but Im pretty decent

around 600 games with a 62% wins, 45-38 ranked I believe

I agree dude plays like a "Gardentool" with all his characters....spams with that dog, traps with dante, and teleports with the soul purpose of confusion with wesker
