that is frustrating and at the same time racial profiling with crimes. as if it's synonymous to mass murderers. this kind of rhetoric just spreads hatred and dangerous perception towards certain ethnicities. I remember during the heat of 9/11, some civilian minorities were targeted because they were identified as the same race as the terrorists.

I saw the video clip of what looks like an entire family huddled together deceased, the little girl with the top of her head “exposed”
What vile, despicable, piece of **** person must this person have been to do this. I gladly would’ve ran my car into him at full speed and sent him straight through that clothing store.

Please, The US isn't the only country people emigrate to. The US is a failed society because shootings are a common thing and the people elected in office refuse to pass solutions.

Man, I've accepted the fact that I'm a lazy pos for not trying to get my family out of this place. I like the comfort of my life here and am accepting the devil I know. But its still a terrible decision in my estimation.

Look at people who come from countries that we SHOULD compare ourselves to; they don't want to come here.

Have you lived in places with famine and war?
How did you come to the conclusion that only people from countries with famine and war immigrated to the US?
While it obvious the US ain't perfect, it strikes me as extremism to say the US is a failed society.

I don't blame you.
It's hard to move and begin a new life in an unfamiliar place. I did it as a young adult. I wouldn't do it again today as a 30-something y.o with a family, unless things were really dire.
And to put things in perspective, Americans as a whole would live better if they put a fraction of the effort needed to move away into changing things here for the better. The state of the country is kinda bleak right now, but it's not hopeless yet IMO.

I'm from Central Africa.
I have family there, and I have family in Europe. The Europeans in my family are not trying to move here, even with the much higher pay we get. Everything else (k-12 education, healthcare, safety) tends to be worse. I have other relatives who studied, worked here and left because of socioeconomics. I realize that these are anecdotal stories; if you're looking for hard data points, you should look into the increase of American expats who gave up their nationality.
The problems we have are solvable, but we elect too many people who have very little interest in finding solutions. Those who leave/don't come back will tell you that they're tired of the American apathy that drives half the voting population.
