Anybody who actually thinks Max B is coming home from a 75 year sentence after doing only 3 years is an idiot. Max B was convicted of first degree murder, kidnapping, and robbery charges. Plaxico Burress did 2 years on a gun charge and y'all really think this fool is getting out soon lol. Because he got an appeal doesn't mean he automatically go's home. His new lawyer isn't God, the facts are still the facts and the evidence still points at Max being a co-defendant and participating party in the crime.
