When I was watching the 2nd movie in the theaters I was expecting that dude to crash land on earth(like almost all the decepticons) and fight.
I hoped for too much.
Yeah Starscream was kinda a punk, but still his transformation was crazy
The second Decepticon was a beast though. Every other Decepticon was aggressive as hell, this dude was calm and collected and seemed much more dangerous. Like the commander of them all. He had a cool voice too.

The guy in space was Soundwave. Dude was the most intimidating transformer in the movie. And that part where he goes "decepticons, mobilize. It is time" is my favorite
For that matter, Decepticons are all appreciated. They're the reason why I watch Transformers.
