if 1 out of 100 nba player's kids make it to the league and 19 out of 100000 non nba players kids make it to the league then the chances of a nba player's kid making it to the league is much much higher than the regular kid.
there are so few nba player's kids in the nba because former nba players make up 0.000001% of the population
