23 months is no surprise, especially with some of the little side things like flunking drug tests after his arrest.

From what I understand he also previously agreed that he cannot appeal the verdict either.

It wasn't just for some dogs. It was because he was never honest. I'm sure if it were just dogs, he'd probably only get a year at most. I heardleading up to this they were going to have witnesses there to testify that he was purposely being naive. Can't say I'm shocked, but I was surprised at23 months.

To all of you that say he's getting out early, he's not. All that time is going to be served in federal prison.

BTW, his state trial is coming up in April, so there goes another sentence handed down to him.

This is true, due to his plea agreement. He should've never let the Feds get invovled. State trial set for April Damn, Mike lied on a lie dectorstest about killing dogs
