During a track meet some music was playing, Still Dre came on and one of my runners said, " I love old school rap!!!"

Last Sunday I went to buy some new shoes, left my glasses at home. Had to literally pick up shoe boxes and bring it to my face

I stopped by my brother’s house last night to drop off a set of adjustable dumbbells he had lent me but he wasn’t home, he was at work. However, my niece (20 yrs. old) & a bunch of her little friends were there.

They’re there with their little plastic cups full of diluted down vodka singing along to some real *** *****, give a **** ‘bout a *****.

Me, having to be cordial since I couldn’t just sneak in & out without saying anything, proceeded:

Me: Oh, you guys are getting it crackin’ on a Wednesday, huh?

Speaking of hair, the older I’ve gotten the less I have on my head and the more I have in other places (ear, nose, lower back).

I can barely stay up through the second half of these western conference games that start at 10:30.

It is sad because at one point in life I would miss ANY and EVERYTHING to not miss basketball.

When something that seems like yesterday but is actually 20+ years ago, I feel washed. I don't know. Same when I see athletes birth dates in the late 90's early 2000's. Sh*t makes me feel old.
