I would say no. S is your suggested size. M size is for size 10-11 so I doubt you'd be able to skip S by going down .5 from the size 10.

I'm 10.5-11 in most things but I went with the L and they fit fine...like an 11.5.

Many of these smaller boutique sites are not authorized to sell Nike via their e-commerce sites. That is why they have to do phone or email orders.
