I have fond memories of the Mortal Kombat 3 arcade at the movie theater before the game was available on consoles, and I also have fond memories of how insanely OP the computer was on those arcades

I’m completely lost and have no idea what direction they’re heading in story wise. It almost look like it’ll be in story mode type style like Deception and some others with a bigger open world. Have a feeling you’ll be able to choose a character and create your own story, timeline.
