If she likes animals get her; fish, turtle, or something easy to manage. You can always find something she hasent done in ages and take her to do it. Maybe something she used to do with you when you were little?
A hand made/drawn card with flowers, candy, and a stuffed animal is also nice.
A spa day
A maid service to clean for the day
