Dr. Drew doesn't mess with staged stuff. There has to be direction in the show, but there's no script, unlike Parental Control and shows of that ilk.

I dont think show is staged at all...that fruity lookin dude that smashed 45 chicks surprised me..I always picture myself on those MTV shows, my parents wouldbe hella surprised at the stuff i got to say....
